1. Green

Green is the color of life, of nature, of hope, of youth, of vigor. It symbolizes growth and new beginnings. Green represents abundance, fertility, and rebirth. The green color in nature also reflects the quality of light. In art, green is associated with springtime, freshness, fecundity, and joy.

2. Blue

Blue is the color of water; sky; heaven. It is calming, cool, soothing, refreshing, serene, and clear. Blue represents protection, peace, tranquility, stability, and balance. Blue is often thought of as a calming color, and its use in interior design gives a sense of calmness and relaxation. When used as a paint colour, blue brings out the best qualities of white and black (the primary colours).

3. Yellow

Yellow is the color of sun. It is warm, bright and cheerful. It stimulates, excites, motivates and attracts attention. Yellow is known as the master color of creativity and imagination. Yellow is the brightest and clearest of the colors and therefore the color of clarity and truthfulness.

4. Orange

Orange is the color of fire, passion, love, optimism, anger, zeal, courage and excitement. It represents power and vitality. It’s a positive, motivating force. Used in interior decoration, orange is known to stimulate mental activity. Orange symbolizes warmth and friendship.

5. Red

Red is the color of blood, fire, war, violence, energy, and danger. It is powerful, passionate, strong, aggressive, exciting. It represents action, power, speed, and aggression.

6. Purple

Purple is the color of royalty, wealth, spirituality, mystery, nobility, sophistication and elegance. It evokes feelings of dignity, power, compassion, wisdom, understanding, and sensitivity. Purple is the color of royalty and prestige. It is the color of kings, queens, and gods. It is the color that makes people feel good about themselves. It is the color for great beauty.

7. Brown

Brown is the color of earth, wood, stone, richness, comfort, earthiness, maturity, and security. It is associated with stability and grounding. A brown sofa is both inviting and comforting. Brown is the color of the body and mind. It’s the color of home-grown foodstuffs.
